FYI, i have 3 BLACKVIEW BV9900 pro's,  and here is what i have found. these devices CAN charge at up to 9 VOLTS,  but the software is incorrect and the device only uses 5 volts @ up to 2AMPS. tested this with 100's of chargers and cables.   (yes i really do have too much stuff)  BV9900 PRO  with and...
