Hello, I have the IU stop problem, why?
How can I solve this?
When I reboot the phone, I can touch normally in the phone, but after 2 minutes the error appears and the phone block and stay very, very slow.
I already did factory reset, but after a while the error come back.

If a factory reset WITHOUT loading a previous backup after that can't solve your issue, unfortunately you'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty, as it looks like an hardware fault.
