Thanks for the answer! I have this problem. I have bought the BV 4000 Pro from a company from Romania. I have dropped the device on the floor and I have broken the protection glass of the back camera. I have send the device back to change it in warranty and they anulated the warranty certficate because they sed it presented machanical deteriotation/hits. 

My question is: if the phone is shockproof, why they anulated the warranty, it shood not be cover this damage?

Unfortunately accidental damage can't be covered by warranty terms, for obivous reasons, even if the phone is shockproof.
As stated in my previous post, shockproof doesn't mean that it will survive to eveything voiding the laws of physics...
