For those asking: EU version works worldwide, it's just a GDPR compliant ROM. I live in Brazil and I use EU version flawlessly.

If you have ROM name starting with EEA, you are already using the EU version.

Please download the below update file and check the phone settings-system-update system, click local update, choose the update file.
Please note that the phone needs over 30% battery.

Updated Blackview 9900 pro and no issues so far. EU version. What I do qualify is that it seems a somewhat capped update. Does anyone believe it too?

Please give us an OTA *.zip file to downgrade our phones back to Android 9 till, your programmers manage to fix the bugs of Android 10. 
It is a tool for us not just a phone, and we need it to work properly, even using older versions of OS

Solution for the camera problem is switch off all permissions for the camera app at the Permission Manager. Launch the app and allow the necessary permissions again.
